A Garden Hoe

A “Garden Hoe”
… by any name,
all will know,
she’ll find her fame,

Heels by day,
work boots by moon,
weekends come,
garden to swoon.

Love lay beneath,
soil beckons,
tools become,
passion reckons…

Sun shines upon the loving “Hoe”
that turns the earth,
preparing the show
of brilliant flowers,
and vegetables green,

Oh… how that “Hoe”
has made life glean…
Most apparent,
But seldom seen.
