It has been another exciting week in the gardens! We planted hundreds of annuals this week around town and I must say, they light up the landscape. Here are a few things that caught my eye and I wanted to share with you. Please enjoy!
This White Dragon Fly Begonia is so delicate. Perfect for shade gardens.
I am in love with Drift Roses. ‘Sweet’ is my favorite!
I love the huge lime colored leaves of Sum and Substance Hosta.
Black Lace Elderberry is a gorgeous large shrub. The 10″ pink blooms are fabulous and the dark lacy leaf is enticing!
The soft white cascading Begonia resembles clouds. Love this as a hanging basket in a shady area!
I am always excited to see a Swallowtail Butterfly caterpillar in the garden. Something beautiful in the making!
This time of year I cannot get enough of the lovely Peony. This one was calling my name!
